What you'll be able to do
You will be able to build automations that use AI as a step in a larger workflow rather than as a destination — reading incoming email and routing it, summarising form submissions into a spreadsheet, monitoring a source and reporting on changes.
By the end you will have working automations you built, running on a schedule, doing something you previously did by hand.
Who it's for
Anyone with repetitive work that follows rules. You do not need to be a developer: n8n is visual, and the AI steps are prompts rather than code. Marketers, operations people, founders and freelancers get the most out of this course, because they usually have the clearest picture of what is worth automating.
Who it isn't for
If your workflow is genuinely different every time, automation is the wrong tool and this course will not change that. Automation pays off on volume and repetition; a task you do twice a year is not worth the setup.
What you'll need
A free n8n account, cloud or self-hosted. An AI provider key is useful but the early lessons work with free tiers. Basic comfort with the idea of an API — what it is, not how to write one.
How it's taught
Every module builds one complete automation from a real scenario, and each one is left running rather than deleted at the end of the lesson. The order is deliberate: simple and robust first, then adding the failure handling that makes something you can actually depend on.
Substantial attention goes to what happens when a step fails, because an automation that breaks silently is worse than no automation — you stop checking, and then it stops working.
